Novia is independent, having no ownership by medical service providers in any form. Novia's operation is solely focused on providing employers with services for development and management of on-site medical care. This is an important characteristic of Novia. Novia does not undertake to provide clinic management service in order to control or direct referrals, obtain margins on drugs or other clinical services, or to offer proprietary health or wellness products. Novia does, as a consequence, act as an advocate for an Employer in the assessment of such items and their integration to the clinic as approved or desired by the Employer.
Novia currently operates 26 clinics for 24 different sponsoring employers and is in process of working on opening five more clinics for five additional and separate corporate sponsors.
