The clinic, developed in partnership with Novia CareClinics, will serve the company's 350 call center and information technology employees and their dependents. The clinic's operations will include routine physician care and prescription drug services.

Under the approach offered by Novia, clinics can work effectively for companies with as few as 100 employees in or near a single physical location. When engaged to form and manage an on-site clinic, Novia undertakes nearly all of the necessary work on behalf of an employer.
Employers will typically play their largest role by selecting and outfitting the clinic space within their work facility. Even in this Novia will consult with the employer about build-out specifications and site location. Typically a clinic should be about 600 to 1,200 square feet.
